Tulika Bhattacharjee
Tulika has a Masters in Media and Cultural Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. Before studying at TISS, she worked as an editor at publishing houses like Oxford University Press and Ratna Sagar Pvt. Ltd.
Prior to working as an editor, she received degrees in Mathematics and Finance, owing to her love for solving complex problems but gave up that path to pursue the creative field more rigorously. She has varied research interests, such as pop culture, cinema, participatory media, disability, gender and sexuality. She has written on fandoms, cinema, online cinephilia and feminist friendships.
She is keen on exploring the personal amidst the political, and how our anxieties affect the way we see the world. She loves to read books by and about women, watch films that make her cry, and take long walks.
