WHAT: With over 25 years of experience, IFA has the necessary expertise to undertake specific consultancies that can help you create programmes, evaluate proposals, build capacity and manage specific arts projects.

These can include conceptualisation, design and management of organisational evaluations and reports, help with strategic planning and resource mobilisation planning, and specific commissioned projects in the arts including books and curated arts projects.
